Dr. Daniel Meeroff awarded $30,000 award from Community Foundation of Broward  

Dr. Daniel Meeroff, Associate Chair and Professor of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering at Florida Atlantic University was awarded the Community Foundation of Broward’s EcoBroward Grant.

This grant will help support his research project entitled, Broward Climate Resilience Stewardship: Empowering Communities to Overcome Flood Risks and Energy Challenges whose overall objective is to help local communities improve their flood management projects and reduce their flood insurance premiums.

The $30,000 grant will be received in July 2020.
